Being a Good Angle

For some reason, I have control power of some startups that I invest,
but I have agreement with the founders:
1. I don't need the voting right. My voting right belongs to the
founder with the precondition that don't make accounting fraud.

2. Don't need to listen to me all the time. You should make your own
judgement. I don't want to support my followers, but I want to help
cultivate the FUTURE ENTREPRENEUR of China.
I only offer advice, and founder is the one who makes decision.
