What a boss are made of?

Just now an employee talked with me about starting business, and asked
me how to be a top dog. My answer for him was that a person is worth
your following that holds to the correct direction, has a specific
goal and keeps low-key and realistic at macro level; while at micro
level, this person rigourously delves into the product's details and
is extremely demanding on the users' experience; moveover, in the
terms of management, he plays an exemplary role, convinces others by
his talent, and moves others by his motions. If you can make it, then
you can be a boss, too.
