1. Introduction
China's reform and opening up was expected for Chinese for a long
time, so did the foreigners. China was recognized as one of the most
rapidly growing markets, many foreign breweries were waiting for the
change of sharing the growth of Chinese beer market. With China's
entry into WTO, the environment of investing in China was better.
　　　1.1 The Development of Chinese Beer Market

　　　From 1997 to 2002, the consuming of beer in China had increased by
40%. The production of beer in China increased every year, reaching
more than 2,500,000 ton a year till 2003, which attracted the foreign
breweries so much that they couldn't wait (See Figure 1).

　　1.2 The introduction of the change of foreign breweries' strategy
　　The foreign capital adopted the "using my own brand straightly"
strategy to join the bear industry in China in 1990s. But they failed
in the end. Much foreign capital sold the factories at row price until
1998.
　　　After the lesson of experience in the first period, the foreign
capital changed its strategy to win the biggest proportion of Chinese
market. They bought the stocks of the Chinese beer enterprises instead
of establishing their own factory, so they could share the profits the
Chinese enterprises got.
